You will be part of the Product team, playing a fundamental role in the leadership and evolution of critical products to boost education in Brazil. Here, you will have the challenge of transforming complex problems into solutions that generate real impact in the daily lives of millions of schools and families, working in strong partnership with design, engineering and several other areas.

You will work in a lean team with real autonomy over the product strategy. 👉 On a daily basis, you will: Product Strategy and Vision Define the vision, strategy and roadmap for the initiatives under your responsibility, ensuring alignment between business objectives, user needs and technical feasibility; Act as a reference in product management within your squad, always promoting good discovery, prioritization and execution practices; Build alignment between different stakeholders, communicating priorities, trade-offs and directions clearly throughout the product development cycle. Discovery and Delivery Lead the discovery and evolution of digital products, developing hypotheses, experiments and tests to validate solutions before making large investments; Work in strong partnership with the areas of Engineering, Design, Data and other stakeholders to prioritize the best opportunities and ensure high-impact deliveries. Data and Metrics Define success metrics, monitor results closely and promote continuous cycles of learning and product optimization; Conduct both quantitative and qualitative analyzes to safely support product decisions 👉 What we expect from you: Previous experience with product management, leading relevant digital products or initiatives, with a good track record of prioritizing demands and managing roadmaps; Ability to balance operations, navigating with ease between the long-term strategic vision and day-to-day operational execution; Skill with data and metrics, having proven experience in defining and monitoring product and business metrics; Experience working in multidisciplinary teams, working alongside Engineering, Design and Data professionals; Excellent written and verbal communication, with ease and ability to influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization; Data Fluency: You define success metrics and conduct your own analysis; SQL and analytics tools are part of your routine, even with the support of the Data team; Use of AI at work: you actively use AI tools in your workflow (analysis, discovery, documentation) and continually explore where they can generate value in your product.

It will be an advantage if you have: Previous experience in technology companies with scaled products, or experience in environments of accelerated growth and high autonomy; Experience with platform products, marketplaces, complex digital ecosystems, product infrastructure, internal systems, identity, authentication or integrations; Experience in leading initiatives that involve multiple teams or dependencies between areas; In-depth knowledge of experimentation methods and prioritization frameworks; Mastery of acquisition, engagement, retention and monetization metrics; Experience in education, fintech or B2B2C products at scale; One of Arcotech’s pillars is diversity.
