Senior Designer & Motion

At Boomit we are looking for a Senior Designer who thinks systems, animates and uses AI as a competitive advantage. That I can build an identity, take it to a performance campaign and give it life in movement, all with autonomy and own criteria. What are you going to do?

Build and evolve visual identity systems applied to all digital touchpoints. Produce pieces for paid media on Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn - with an aesthetic eye and performance logic. Create motion graphics and animations: loops, reels, video ads, brand intros, 30" pieces.

Incorporate AI into the workflow strategically: image generation, assisted animation, upscaling, variation of scale pieces. Manage multiple projects and brands with real autonomy - without waiting to be told how or when.

What We are Looking For

5+ years in digital design with direct application to performance. Mastery of Adobe CC - Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects are non-negotiable. Motion graphics and animation demonstrable in portfolio, not only in CV.

Real flow with AI tools: Midjourney, Firefly, Runway or equivalent. Criterion to defend well-founded design decisions, in front of the team and in front of the client. The profile that excites us.

Someone who thinks in systems and executes in detail. Form criteria and deliver.
