Focus on Amazon and OTTO, we have already worked with every marketplace. Classic agencies scale using heads, we use our own AI systems: the recurring part of the work is automated, what's left is the work that requires judgment, and the systems create our own products for the market.

We are Alex and Bhav: together we have over 15 years of marketplace practice, are responsible for the marketplace business at SNOCKS (over €40 million in marketplace sales, of which €20 million+ on Amazon), have scaled a total of more than 15 D2C brands, and are Amazon Ads partners. We are small, fast and make decisions on the same day. Your role You work directly with both of us, without a team in between.

We are looking for a generalist who thinks entrepreneurially and gets involved where the company needs the most traction: customer work, sales, brand building, automation, own products. The core: You take over the operational customer cycle and then rebuild it so that it largely runs itself. First understand, then automate.

We'll teach you the marketplace trade, we'll hire based on your head and drive. Tasks Your tasks 🛠️ Customer Ops: Weekly reporting with classification, listing maintenance, inventory and reordering, deals, keyword research, first drafts for customer emails and Amazon cases. 📈 Sales: pipeline, outreach, initial discussions, follow-ups. You talk to customers and prospects right from the start. 🧱 Brand building: Visibility for TMG and for our customers’ brands. 🧪 Own products: We build tools for the market.

You test from practice and help build. 🤖 Automation: Each task above is a candidate to submit. You work with Claude Code, your own skills and the marketplace APIs. You don't need any previous knowledge, you do need curiosity.

Qualifications

Your profile Entrepreneurial generalist: You think in terms of results and quickly understand how a business process makes money. AI-native (mandatory): LLMs are part of your everyday work. You have already built your own processes.

You don't have to be able to program. Don't be afraid of customer contact: initial conversation, follow-up, small pitch: This stimulates you instead of costing you effort. We'll teach you how to sell in detail.

Ownership and pace: You see a problem and solve it. You deliver finished, not 80 percent, and high speed is the reason for you to be here. Numbers and care: Excel or Sheets certainly, you can tell when something is wrong with a table.

Background: Completed studies (business administration, science engineering, data or related). Startup, consulting or e-commerce experience is a plus, self-built things count more. German at native level, English confident.

Remuneration: €38,000 to €48,000 fixed, depending on the profile, plus a variable annual bonus of up to €10,000.

Setup: Fully remote, flexible working hours, Apple hardware, any AI tool, Urban Sports Club or benefit in kind, meal allowance We meet regularly in the co-working space in Munich or Hamburg.
