EU Freelancer (m/f/d) - Customer Service Bicycles & E-Bikes - HomeOffice

Become a partner of hey contact heroes and support a leading bicycle retailer - flexibly in your home office! Are you a freelancer with experience in customer service and want to become part of a dynamic network? We are looking for committed partners within the EU (except Germany) who will support us in inbound customer service for a leading online bicycle retailer.

Tasks Exciting project: You support customers of a modern company in the bicycle industry Flexibility: You work from your own location - all you need is a closed workplace and a stable internet connection Personal responsibility: As a freelancer, you structure your everyday work flexibly and work independently Inbound customer service: Telephone and written processing of customer inquiries about bicycles, E-bikes, orders, repairs and services Solution-oriented work: You answer customer questions competently, find suitable solutions and ensure a positive customer experience Service-oriented communication: You are the first point of contact for customers and work closely with the internal teams Qualification Location: You live in another EU country (except Germany) and have a registered business with a VAT ID Experience in customer service: Ideally, you have already worked in telephone or written customer service Language skills: You You speak and write German at C1 or C2 level, preferably English too, but this is not a must. Strong communication skills: you are characterized by a friendly demeanor, a high level of service orientation and solution-oriented work. Basic technical knowledge: confident use of common PC applications as well as CRM or ticket systems.
