: Experienced SAP user5 years in a training creation and delivery positionExperience creating simulation training Responsibilities: Create and deliver SAP Manufacturing modules to business end usersConduct process assessment and stakeholder identification through Training Needs Analysis (TNA)Design and create role-based SAP user training using SAP EnableNow and Articulate RISEDevelop training content including classroom courses, online learning courses, assessments, videos, simulations, and quick reference guidesEvaluate SAP users knowledge at various levelsAssist with training impact assessmentsCreate stakeholder training engagement plans and communicate them to relevant end usersCreate and deliver process-based blended learning packagesDefine, engage, and align stakeholders in preparation for deploymentEnsure core training delivery plans are executed on timeHost on- and off-site training events and run drop-in sessionsProvide floor-walking supportDemonstrate excellent business behaviors including teamworkCollaborate with Business Process Testing, Training, and Communications teams for capability being deployed Technologies: EAMSupportSAP More: We are currently seeking an experienced SAP Systems Trainer to support a major deployment project for our customer based in Solihull.
