Salary: £105,000 - 130,000 per year

Requirements

: We are looking for 4+ years of experience in IT strategy and consulting, professional software development, or a Data Science product organization.We require a bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, preferably with a focus on artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science.We need strong Data Science experience with proficiency in Python, Snowflake, DBT, and Tableau, ideally with experience working in a Data Engineering team.We require strong technical expertise in Generative AI, Data Science, and Machine Learning.We are looking for a strategic thinker who is entrepreneurial and able to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.We value outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, strong customer focus, mental agility, and a results-oriented mindset.We require a sound understanding of GenAI solution constructs such as LLMs, RAG, Guardrails, MLOps, and multimodality.We need experience with GenAI platforms and middleware such as AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.We require the ability to understand and apply advanced prompt engineering methods and related concepts, with RAG being essential.We are looking for experience organizing workshops at peer level and facilitating meetings.We require the ability to work autonomously while contributing effectively as part of a team.We value strong business acumen and the ability to frame complex problems in the right business context.We need highly professional, rigorous, results-oriented, driven, and hard-working individuals.We require excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.We value loyalty, reliability, the highest ethical standards, good interpersonal skills, sound judgment, independence, and autonomy.We are looking for the ability to propose innovative ideas, build empathy within the firm, and earn the trust of key stakeholders. Responsibilities: We work closely with our Partner Services Group to understand their key challenges and define GenAI products.We collaborate with other IT teams to turn stakeholder potential into performance.We oversee end-to-end Data Science and GenAI solutions.We contribute to our PSG BI&A Data Science expertise.We partner with our BI&A Squad to deliver on stakeholder objectives.We help win buy-in for our recommendations.We collaborate with AI Center of Excellence, Genie, Responsible AI, and Security/Architecture teams.We deliver scalable, secure, and innovative GenAI solutions.We help transform how our PSG teams engage with technology.
