Management Consultant (m/f/d)

InkuPlay is a growing company at the intersection of gaming, esports, digital platforms, community, content and strategic partnerships. We are continuing to expand our corporate structures and are looking for a strong organizational personality who will support the management in strategic, operational and cross-departmental tasks. Your role As a consultant to the management or Chief of Staff, you work directly with the management.

You prepare decisions, coordinate central projects and ensure that tasks, deadlines and responsibilities are reliably followed up. You will gain insight into almost all areas of the company and take responsibility for confidential and strategically relevant topics at an early stage. Tasks Supporting the management in day-to-day operational and strategic business Preparing decisions, meetings and management documents Preparing analyses, presentations, decision templates and briefings Coordinating cross-departmental projects and special tasks Keeping track of resolutions, tasks, deadlines and responsibilities Preparing and documenting management and shareholder appointments Coordinating external law firms, consultants and service providers Supporting the establishment of governance, approval and authority structures Maintaining central project, decision and risk registers Preparing confidential correspondence Support in partnerships, financing and corporate projects Representing the management in organizational coordination

Qualifications

Completed studies, for example in business administration, business law, political science, management or a comparable area First relevant professional experience in a management, consulting, legal department, project management or a startup Very strong organizational and communication skills Ability to quickly grasp complex issues and prepare them in a structured manner High reliability, discretion and willingness to take responsibility Independent and solution-oriented way of working Confident use of Microsoft 365 Very Good knowledge of German and English Interest in gaming, esports, media and digital business models
