In the “Application & Infrastructure” team, we take care of complex disruptions in various applications and the underlying infrastructure so that everything runs stable and smoothly in the background. We are on a growth path, so we are happy to have new colleagues who will support our 2nd level team “Application & Infrastructure” remotely throughout Germany (home office or coworking space) or in our Berlin office.
These are your tasks: You will remotely process complex fault tickets in the areas of Application & Infrastructure with a focus on Microsoft environment as well as various applications from the maintenance area. Your tasks include, among other things, restoring folders, expanding resources of virtual systems as well as maintaining standard and customer applications in a Windows server, terminal server and Citrix environment. For updates to customer applications, you coordinate appointments with customers and service providers, carefully prepare the updates to keep downtimes as low as possible, and you install and distribute the updates via ImagesIn direct telephone contact with our customers You independently research all the necessary information, communicate in a service-oriented manner and keep it up to date through regular status updates.
Through careful documentation, targeted knowledge transfer and effective internal communication, you actively contribute to ensuring smooth and efficient support. You have 3 to 5 years of experience in the administration, installation and support of applications such as DATEV, MD Outpatient / inpatient, Sage, StarMoney or comparable applications in the care sector.
In addition, you have good knowledge of Microsoft and/or Citrix environments as well as the installation of applications in client/server environments and on provisioned systems.
