In this role, you will contribute to the following points: Expansion of the Active Directory, PKI and Identity Security competence area as a strategic service portfolio for our customers Successful planning and implementation of demanding hardening, security and migration projects in the Windows Server and Active Directory environment Identification, assessment and sustainable reduction of security risks in complex Active Directory, PKI as well as hybrid and legacy environments Development of secure, scalable and future-proof environments Architectural concepts for Microsoft-based identity and infrastructure platforms Trustworthy advice for customers on technical and strategic issues as well as support for architecture and technology decisions - remotely and on site (travel share approx. 10-20%) Further development of modern identity and access management solutions with a growing focus on Microsoft Entra ID and cloud-based security architectures What makes you shine with us Nobody meets every requirement. You have several years of practical experience in Active Directory, including in-depth know-how in AD security hardening, AD CS / PKI and Windows server administration. You work independently in projects, take on responsibility and maintain an overview even in demanding situations. Ideally, you have additional technical experience, e.g. in failover clusters.

PowerShell automations, auditing & security logging or Entra ID / Azure IDYou have IT-related training, a completed degree, relevant certifications (e.g. MCSE, MCSA, MCITP) or comparable
