Tasks You conduct demo calls in which you actively listen, understand the needs of our customers in the e-commerce and SaaS areas and derive suitable solutions.

You handle support tickets independently and find quick, customer-oriented solutions. You will work closely with our onboarding & automation team to ensure customer satisfaction and continually develop our solutions. You independently create content such as blog articles, templates or help pages and actively support the implementation of our AI & content strategy.

Qualifications

You have experience in the area of ​​financial accounting - or have a good understanding of tax-related processes. You have experience in direct customer contact - ideally in a SaaS environment and have a strong sense of customer needs. You understand how to define, track and achieve realistic goals and KPIs - both for yourself and in collaboration with your team.

You communicate confidently in German and English - in writing and orally. You are confident in using common tools such as Zendesk, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, or similar systems.
