Management Accountant Dayshift

Position: Management AccountantSalary: PHP 95,000 - PHP 140,000Working Hours & Conditions: Mondays-Fridays; 9:00AM to 6:00PM AESTRESPONSIBILITIES:Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and variance analysisMonitor labour costs, margins, contractor profitability, and client performanceAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow managementReconcile payroll, timesheets, invoicing, and contractor costsAnalyse award rates, overtime, allowances, and labour utilisation trendsSupport end-of-month and end-of-year financial processesEnsure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax obligations, and labour hire regulationsPartner with operations and recruitment teams to improve financial performancePrepare client profitability reports and KPI dashboardsAssist with audit preparation and statutory reportingIdentify process improvements and automation opportunities within finance and payroll systems

Qualifications

:EssentialBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline3+ years’ experience in management accountingExperience in labour hire, recruitment, staffing, construction, healthcare, logistics, or workforce-heavy industriesStrong understanding of payroll costing and workforce-related financial analysisAdvanced Excel skillsExperience with accounting and payroll systemsDesirableKnowledge of Australian labour hire regulations and awardsExperience with ERP systems such as MYOB, Xero, SAP, Oracle, or ProntoPower BI or financial modelling experienceKey CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detailCommercial mindsetExcellent communication and stakeholder managementAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong organisational and time management skills This is a beta feature to avoid spam applicants.
