NOELIE: SKINCARE - HAIRCARE - HEALING HERBS HAIR COLOR Tasks • Development of high-performance creatives for Meta, Instagram, TikTok and Google Ads. • Design of static advertisements, carousels and display ads. • Conception and editing of video ads, reels and short form content. • Creation of AI-powered images and videos using modern AI tools. • Development of new advertising concepts, hooks and creative campaign ideas. • Optimize existing creatives using KPIs and A/B testing. • Work closely with the performance marketing team to increase conversion rates and ROAS. • Design of landing page elements, banners and campaign assets. • Analysis of current social media and performance trends. • Ensuring consistent premium brand

Qualifications

• Experience in performance creative, digital design or creative advertising. • Portfolio with successful advertisements and video creatives. • Very good feel for design, imagery and storytelling. • Experience with performance marketing and conversion-oriented design. • Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma and Canva. • Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Kling or Veo. • Understanding of A/B testing, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS and conversion optimization. • Independent, structured way of working. • Creativity combined with data-driven thinking. • Very good knowledge of German and English is an advantage • Experience in the beauty, cosmetics or premium lifestyle sector. • Experience with UGC creators and influencer content. • Knowledge of meta and TikTok advertising. • Experience with photo and video shoots. • Understanding of consumer psychology and direct response marketing
