These may include: Writing PHP code to develop, implement and maintain web applications and websites. Integrating databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL or MongoDB with PHP applications to enable data storage and retrieval. Identify and fix errors and bugs in existing code to improve application functionality and performance.

Implementing security measures such as data validation, authentication and authorization to protect the application against security risks such as SQL injection and cross-site scripting (XSS). Performing regular maintenance and implementing updates and new features to existing PHP applications to keep them relevant and functional. Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, project managers and other team members to understand the project
