TLDR: We’re looking for a Recruiter to help us build one of the strongest teams in AI safety. You’ll own full-cycle hiring across engineering, AI research, product, and business roles, partnering with Head of HR and hiring managers to attract exceptional talent across the US and Europe. You will:Own full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through offer acceptanceSource and engage exceptional talent across the US and European marketsBuild pipelines for highly technical roles, including AI/ML Engineers, Research Engineers and Product EngineersDevelop a deep understanding of AI, machine learning, LLMs, AI safety, infrastructure, and emerging technologies to effectively assess candidates and communicate opportunities.Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates for technical capability, problem-solving ability, and cultural alignmentDrive an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring processTrack recruiting performance and continuously improve hiring processes, tooling, and workflowsAct as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers and leadership You’ll fit right in if you:Have 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth technology companies or startupsHave experience hiring across the US and European marketsHave a strong track record of closing technical and engineering rolesUnderstand the fundamentals of software engineering, cloud infrastructure, machine learning, and modern AI systemsCan confidently discuss concepts such as LLMs, AI safety, model training, inference, evaluation, agent systems, and machine learning workflowsAre highly proactive and resourceful when sourcing difficult-to-find talentKnow how to build relationships with passive candidates and manage complex hiring processesHave excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAre comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with ambiguity and evolving prioritiesSpeak and write fluent English (C1+)A big plus:Experience recruiting AI Engineers, Research Engineers, Applied Scientists, or AI ResearchersExperience hiring for AI startups, research organisations, or developer-focused companiesFamiliarity with modern sourcing tools, recruiting automation, and AI-powered recruiting workflows Why White CircleSalary of $50,000 to $90,000 + equityPaid time off in line with your local regulations, no matter where you work fromAll the hardware, tools, and services you needCovered subscriptions for AI agentsTeam off-sites twice a year: we’ve recently been to the Alps and to Saint-Tropez How we hireIntroductory call with Head of HR (25 min)Take-home testFinal conversation with our CEO & Head of Ops (45 min)Please submit your application in English.Compensation: $50K - $90K • Offers Equity • $50K - $90K • Offers EquityFind Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow
