Videographer and editor - freelance or employed

We produce videos for companies and agencies - from regular social media content to high-quality image films. We are looking for support in video production and video editing. The role is deliberately varied: you accompany productions on site, take on responsibility for smaller shoots and then implement the material in editing.

It is not important to us how many years of professional experience you have. It is more important that you master your craft, work reliably and have a good feel for modern videos. Tasks Planning and executing video productions at our customers' locations Independent support of smaller shoots - from preparation to data backup Camera work for social media content, advertising videos and image films Setting up and operating camera, lighting and sound equipment Viewing, organizing and securing the filmed material Editing different video formats - from short social media clips to more extensive image films Selection of suitable music, sound design, simple color corrections and subtitles Implementation of feedback and coordination with our team Project team Structured handover and management of the respective project files

Qualifications

You can safely handle a professional camera and produce technically clean material You have mastered a common editing program such as Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve You have a good eye for image design, light, sound and editing You can work independently and take responsibility for on-site productions You work reliably, organized and meet agreed deadlines You deal with customers in a professional and friendly manner You are open to different projects and video formats A driver's license is for you Productions are an advantage Having your own professional camera setup - for example at the level of a Sony FX3 - is welcome, but not a requirement. Equipment can be provided by us. No degree or specific training is required.
