Who cares about redefining how everyone around us can get the best financial applications, not for an exclusive few.If you're this person, we'd love to talk to you.What You Will DoCreative Direction & Motion DesignLead the design and animation of motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital advertisingConceptualize and develop storyboards, frames, and animation sequences aligned with brand objectivesMaintain visual consistency and technical quality across all motion outputsElevate design quality through experimentation, art direction, and storytellingCollaboration & LeadershipWork closely with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams to translate objectives into motion-driven contentMentor junior motion designers and guide creative execution for projectsPartner with video editors, videographers, and graphic designers to produce cohesive multimedia contentPresent design concepts to stakeholders clearly and persuasivelyTechnical & Workflow MasteryOversee motion production from concept to delivery, ensuring efficiency and technical excellenceDevelop reusable templates and motion design systems to streamline productionManage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative innovation with timely deliveryTroubleshoot animation, rendering, or visual effects issues to maintain qualityTrend & InnovationStay at the forefront of and global motion design trends, animation techniques, and creative toolsExperiment with advanced VFX, 3D animation, and emerging digital formatsContinuously push creative boundaries to set new benchmarks for BJAK’s brandWhat You BringDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or related field5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative productionExpert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other motion design tools (Cinema 4D, Blender is a plus)Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual compositionProven ability to lead creative direction and guide teams toward impactful visual outcomesExcellent project management, organizational, and communication skillsPortfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced motion design and animation workOur Team & CultureLean, high-output team that moves fast and expects the same from each otherEveryone contributes meaningfully, thinks like an owner, and raises the barClarity, execution, and iteration drive everything we doResults, speed, and ownership matter more than titlesLocationThis role is based in the United Kingdom.
