Leitung Marketing E-Commerce (m/w/d)

Tasks You are responsible for our entire marketing performance and control sales, ROAS, CAC and repeat purchase rate. You plan, control and optimize our campaigns via Meta, Google, Amazon and other relevant channels. You develop strong offers, funnels and campaigns that not only look good, but sell.

You test creatives, target groups and advertising messages and scale what works. You think about the customer journey holistically - from the ad to the landing page to the checkout and CRM. You further expand email and CRM marketing as a relevant sales channel.

You lead our marketing team and manage external partners, freelancers and service providers. You work closely with management as well as product, purchasing and logistics.

Qualifications

Several years of experience in performance marketing with real sales responsibility. Very good practice in Meta Ads and Google Ads. Experience in the D2C/e-commerce environment.

A strong understanding of sales psychology, conversion and direct response. Confidence in dealing with key figures such as ROAS, CAC, LTV and contribution margin. Hands-on mentality: You think strategically, but also get involved yourself.

Very good spoken and written German.
