You'll be managing multiple onboarding journeys at once, keeping stakeholders on track, and making sure no detail is missed.You will:Own the end-to-end onboarding process for every new starter, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experienceChase and manage all pre-employment documentation, including Right to Work, DBS checks, references and professional registrations, ensuring nothing delays a start dateConfidently follow up with candidates, hiring managers and internal teams to keep onboarding moving - you're comfortable reminding busy people and know how to get things doneCoordinate multiple onboarding schedules each month, often welcoming large cohorts of new employees across different departmentsDeliver engaging induction sessions and be the friendly face that welcomes every new joiner to MontuPartner with Hiring Managers, IT, Payroll, Facilities and Compliance to ensure every new starter is fully set up before day oneMaintain accurate employee records across our HR systems, ensuring documentation is complete, compliant and audit-ready at all timesSpot bottlenecks, improve processes and help us scale our onboarding operation as the business continues to growKeep stakeholders updated on onboarding progress, escalating risks early to ensure start dates remain on trackIf you’re a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and loves creating experiences that help people hit the ground running, you’ll fit right in.What You’ll Bring:You'll thrive in this role if you're naturally organised, persistent and enjoy bringing structure to busy environments.We're looking for someone who has:Experience coordinating onboarding, compliance or employee administration within a healthcare or other highly regulated environmentExperience working in a high-growth business where priorities change quickly and no two days are the sameExceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines without losing attention to detailConfidence in managing stakeholders and following up on outstanding actions - you aren't afraid to politely chase documentation or keep senior people accountableA proactive, solutions-focused mindset that keeps things moving without needing constant directionExcellent communication skills and a warm, approachable style that makes new joiners feel welcome from the moment they accept their offerHigh attention to detail and pride in maintaining accurate, compliant recordsIf you don’t meet every qualification but believe you have the drive and skills to make an impact, we encourage you to apply.
