What is the job?We are recruiting a Clinical Pharmacist (Independent Prescriber) to join our expansion into Bristol.This is a hands-on, patient-focused role. You will prescribe and review cannabis-based medicines for patients with complex clinical needs, delivering safe, effective and personalised treatment across a wide range of conditions.Collaboration is central to how we work. You will be part of a multidisciplinary clinical team, contributing to outstanding patient outcomes, clinical pathway development, education initiatives and service improvements.

Core hours are 11am to 8pm on weekdays, with two weekend shifts per month (Saturday or Sunday). Days in lieu are provided for all weekend working.
