In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruiting for our subsidiaries, with a focus on volume recruiting. Requirements

: What you bring with you: In-depth experience in end-to-end recruiting, ideally with a focus on volume recruiting or GTM roles. Strong expertise in active sourcing and direct approach to target groups. You are familiar with using ATS, modern recruiting tools, AI applications and good prompts.

Very good consulting skills in dealing with hiring managers, management and internal stakeholders. You work in a structured, independent and committed manner. You have a good feel for people, communication and different target groups.

You enjoy taking over operational recruiting processes and at the same time further developing processes, standards and structures. You communicate confidently in German; Knowledge of English is a plus. This will help you be successful more quickly: Experience in recruiting for GTM roles, occupational medicine, occupational medicine, health & safety, healthcare or comparable specialist areas.
