For an exciting project in the field of mobile communications and telecommunications, we are looking for motivated customer advisors (m/f/d) to strengthen our team in the home office.

Tasks You advise and support existing customers on all aspects of mobile communications products and services. You answer questions about tariffs, contracts and other service issues. You will find individual solutions for our customers’ concerns.

You carefully document the conversations in the system. With your friendly manner, you ensure a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

Very good knowledge of spoken and written German Enjoy making telephone calls and dealing with people Strong service and customer orientation A reliable, structured and independent way of working Confident use of the PC First experience in customer service or telephony is an advantage, but not a requirement A quiet workplace in the home office A stable internet connection
