This is a high-autonomy role with ownership from day one, combining digital, marketing and AI initiatives.You will:Own the strategy, roadmap and outcomes for within the partner platformSupport alignment across other teams for approximately 12 months while leading your own product areasShape and deliver our AI-driven strategy, including AI workflows and wider PropTech AI integrationLead discovery directly with customers, turning insight into clear, actionable prioritiesInfluence senior stakeholders across engineering, design, data and leadership to gain buy-in and drive executionAct as a role model for independent decision-making, coaching others and contributing to best practice
