Key Responsibilities

: - Provide individualized coaching in Chinese pronunciation, tone, and intonation for learners at varying skill levels. - Develop and facilitate tailored voice training sessions, ensuring each participant achieves their unique communication goals. - Assess learners’ speech patterns and provide actionable feedback to drive measurable improvement. - Design engaging lesson materials and exercises, utilizing both written and verbal communication methods. - Utilize digital platforms to deliver training remotely, maintaining a motivating and interactive environment. - Track progress and adjust coaching strategies to meet client needs and maximize learning outcomes. - Collaborate with the customer’s team to continually refine voice coaching methodologies and share insights. Qualifications

: - Native or near-native fluency in Chinese, with clear and precise pronunciation. - Demonstrated experience in voice coaching, language instruction, or a related field. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for helping others develop these abilities. - Strong understanding of Mandarin phonetics, linguistic nuances, and voice projection techniques. - Proficiency with remote communication and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams). - Self-motivated, organized, and adept at managing multiple clients or sessions effectively. - Ability to adapt teaching approaches to cater to diverse learning styles and proficiency levels.
