Drives global standardization, operational excellence, and transformation across the end-to-end Intercompany value chain, partnering closely with the Intercompany GPO to translate strategy into scalable operating models and SAP-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities

: - Lead end-to-end Intercompany process design, standardization, and implementation (O2C, P2P, settlement, reconciliation, close, eliminations) - Deploy global Intercompany taxonomy, operating model, controls, and KPI framework defined by the GPO - Drive enterprise-wide Intercompany transformation and simplification programs aligned with Finance strategy - Act as primary transformation lead translating GPO strategy into executable initiatives and business outcomes - Identify and resolve process bottlenecks, reconciliation issues, and performance gaps; drive continuous improvement - Define and monitor end-to-end Intercompany KPIs and performance metrics - Partner with Finance (O2C, P2P, R2R), GBS, and IT to design future-state processes and transformation roadmaps - Support SAP S/4HANA implementation by translating business and accounting
