Qualifications
& Experience - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline. - ServiceNow Expertise: Strong foundational knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and HRSD processes. Previous exposure to additional modules such as CMDB and ITSM is considered a distinct advantage. - Core Technical Skills: Practical experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Automated Test Framework (ATF), and end-to-end Service Catalog development and deployment. - Integrations & Cloud: Hands-on experience with API testing, system integrations, and deployment, alongside a solid understanding of Azure fundamentals and Azure DevOps. - Collaboration & Communication: Proven ability to coordinate across multiple distinct product teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse end-users.
