Your Responsibilities

</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the teams in Germany, Austria and Switzerland in all aspects of regional M&A transactions, strategic investments, joint ventures, divestitures and similar transactions within the company.</li> <li>Design, negotiate and conclude a wide range of contracts in the M&A area, including mandate agreements, approval templates, non-disclosure agreements and term sheets as well as joint venture agreements and company participation and purchase agreements (share and asset deals).</li> <li>Control and management of the due diligence review, recognition and assessment of (legal) risks, coordination of internal stakeholders and approval processes as well as the guidance of external law firms and other consultants.</li> <li>Management of cross-functional work processes in Collaborate with Finance, Ventures & Investments, Tax, Human Resources, Operations and other internal partners throughout the life cycle of each transaction.</li> <li>Provide general legal advice on and manage governance issues and other issues related to past and current transactions.</li> <li>Optimize transaction processes by advising on best practices, developing scalable procedures and driving continuous improvements in due diligence and execution processes.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Who you are</strong></p> <ul> <li>Fully qualified lawyer under German law (first and second state examination)</li> <li>At least 3 years of relevant experience in a larger commercial law firm, ideally with substantial responsibility in M&A transactions</li> <li>In-depth knowledge of German commercial and corporate law</li> <li>Strong negotiation skills and precise handling with language - even with complex issues</li> <li>Strong communication and analysis skills as well as the ability to convey legal topics in an understandable and appropriate manner </li> <li>Team player with a strong service spirit and the desire to implement successful transactions together </li> <li>Confident handling of multiple priorities in a dynamic environment, coupled with high accuracy and sound judgment</li> <li>Flexible and open, even beyond M&A on general legal issues support, depending on your business needs</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>We offer you</strong></p> <ul> <li>Room for diversity and innovation. The freedom to challenge and revolutionize processes and methods.</li> <li>Individual
