Performs the financial management of philanthropy funds so that the destination of capital is more efficient and ensures that partner organizations focus their time and effort on the programmatic management of their socio-environmental projects, while the area develops customizable services with a high level of Compliance, security and compliance. General ResponsibilitiesThe professional The contractor will be responsible for carrying out various routines in the area, including supporting the financial administrative management of the project(s); relationship with settlors and beneficiaries; preparation and updating of data in spreadsheets and systems; organization and archiving of digitized documents and other tasks inherent to the area.
You will have the support of the team and will report to the Philanthropy Management Supervisor.Job ResponsibilitiesAssist in the physical and financial monitoring of projects, under the supervision of the responsible area;Support the daily bank reconciliation of current accounts related to projects;Monitor the flow of planned disbursements and support budgetary control, reporting to the person responsible for the area; Assist in the analysis of project accounts, supporting the validation carried out by the technical team; Collaborate in the organization and checking of information that make up periodic financial reports; Monitor project schedules; Support the analysis of registration documents and beneficiary contracts; Perform administrative functions relating to the organization and systematization of information, documents and minutes of meetings relating to planning and execution of Philanthropic Funds;Accompany internal and external meetings, when requested, as support to the responsible team;Support the interface with founders, beneficiaries and other areas of Sitawi, under the guidance of the internship supervisor;Contribute to harmonious teamwork, encouraging the exchange of information and the spirit of collectivity;Perform other related activities in the area, compatible with the educational nature of the internship.Mandatory
