About the Role
: The AI & Process Automation Executive/Analyst will lead and coordinate group-wide automation and digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate asset-specific AI and process automation initiatives across the group. - Identify automation opportunities and map internal workflows to improve efficiency. - Collaborate closely with IT teams and vendors to design, implement, and maintain automation solutions. - Drive user adoption and measure efficiency gains, manpower optimization, and ROI. - Utilize AI tools for analytics automation, reporting, and enhanced tenant/customer insights. - Document processes, develop SOPs, and support continuous improvement initiatives. - Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements. - Analyze tenant categories, track performance, benchmark top/bottom performers, and support churn reduction strategies. - Support development of Tenant Satisfaction Index (TSI) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) through surveys and digital tools. - Coordinate with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI-powered and automated solutions.
