What We're Looking For
Outstanding portfolio - this is the single most important factor. It must demonstrate exceptional taste and strong graphic design fundamentals.Experience delivering polished, user-facing design at a consumer company, or equivalent training in a rigorous design environment (e.g. top design school graduate).Exceptional aesthetic sensibility suited to a premium consumer hardware brand.Ability to independently own a broad consumer design stack spanning mobile UI/UX, web, and marketing collateral.Proficiency with Figma and standard brand/graphic design tooling.Comfortable working on-site in London (or San Francisco).Nice to have: Background at a consumer company known for tasteful design; education from a top design school (e.g. RCA, RISD, or equivalent).Compensation &
