: Highly motivated, outgoing and energetic with a professional demeanor Self-starter Comfortable learning and using multiple software tools Customer-oriented and empathetic toward drivers Ability to build rapport by phone, email, and SMS messaging Highly organized and detail oriented Ability to work under pressure and deadlines Ability to deal with upset customers or drivers when necessary Have problem solving skills and the ability to adapt to ever changing situations Ability to think on your feet when a transport goes sideways Ability to multitask Willingness to learn Ability to accept constructive feedback Strong written and verbal communication skills Good math skills Essential duties include but are not limited to: This position is Monday - Friday 8am-5pm Mountain Standard Time Communicate with customers, quote rates, and provide up to date information regarding loads. Coordinate loading and unloading arrangements with drivers and customers. Input orders efficiently and accurately - attention to detail is crucial.

Negotiate freight rates and terms with carriers Vet new carrier partners; Review FMCSA ratings, confirm insurance Monitor driver progress from pick up to delivery Dispatch freight daily by phone and operating systems Willing to work weekends as needed (currently this is very rare) Compensation and
