Our culture is built on transparency, we are results-oriented and respect the improvement.Currently, we are seeking a skilled Game Producer to join our dynamic team and drive the success of our projects.Your Role: Lead the end-to-end production of games, from concept ideation to release and ongoing development; Lead and guide the game development team; Creating gaming products and developing strategies for their growth; Identifying and implementing ways to improve product economics and monetization; Launching A/B tests and conducting experiments to validate hypotheses; Collaborating closely with product analytics and metrics; Conducting market research and seeking ideas to enhance existing gameplay; Foster strong collaboration between development, design, and marketing teams to achieve project goals.

What makes you a perfect fit? 5+ years of experience in game development; Strong portfolio showcasing successful game projects developed from concept to release; Excellent team management skills; Deep understanding of gaming metrics, LiveOps, and effective monetization strategies; Proficient in core game mechanics, user retention techniques, and player psychology.
