This roleis responsible formanaging the full project lifecycle including planning, scope, budget, timelines, resource coordination, client communication, risk management, and successful delivery outcomes.The ideal candidate combines strong project management discipline with ERP implementationexpertise, executive-level communication skills, and the ability to drive alignment across clients, consultants, developers, and leadership teams.This position plays a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction while supporting long-term client retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership & DeliveryLead end-to-end ERP implementation projects for SAP Business One and Acumatica clients Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocations, and deliverables Facilitate projectkickoff meetings, status meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, governance standards, and PMO processes Manage project scope, change requests, dependencies, and issue resolution Coordinate cross-functional teams including consultants, developers, data migration specialists, and client stakeholders Monitor project health, budget burn,utilization, and delivery risks Client Relationship ManagementServe as the primary client-facing project lead throughout the implementation lifecycle Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and operational stakeholders Translatebusiness

Qualifications

5+ years of ERP project management experience Experience managing SAP Business One, Acumatica, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP implementations Strong understanding of ERP implementation lifecycles, business process mapping, integrations, and change management Proven experience managing project budgets, timelines, scope, and cross-functional teams Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills Experience using project management and PSA tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Salesforce, or similar platforms Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills PMPcertified Travelup to 25% Preferred ExperienceSAP Business One and/or Acumatica implementation experienceand certificationstrongly preferred Experience working for an ERP VAR, SI, or Professional Services organization Knowledge of manufacturing, distribution, retail, professional services, or field services industries Experience managing data migration, integrations, customizations, and third-party software implementations Familiarity with SaaS, cloud ERP, and hybrid deployment environments Success MetricsOn-time and on-budget project delivery Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) Project gross margin andutilizationtargets Client retention andreferenceability Time-to-go-live and adoption success Forecast accuracy and risk management effectiveness Deliverymethodologyadherence and documentation quality
