In addition to classic IT roles, profiles relating to artificial intelligence, data and modern AI technologies are becoming increasingly important. The position is 100% remote. Tasks Independent support of the recruiting process - from clarification of needs and candidate search to successful hiring Active sourcing and direct approach to qualified IT specialists via LinkedIn, and preparation of suitable candidate profiles Establishment and maintenance of a relevant talent pool as well as continuous development of our recruiting activities

Qualifications

First professional experience in IT recruiting, ideally including active sourcing Good understanding of IT profiles and interest in current technological developments Experience in direct contact via platforms such as LinkedIn and XING Interest in AI, data and new technological role models and the willingness to familiarize yourself with new search profiles Enjoy working closely with sales and specialist departments as well as a good feel for people and
