You will lead a cross-functional analytics team, build the team lead function from the ground up and combine strategic data

You lead a disciplinary and technical team of analytics engineers and analysts and develop each individual in a targeted manner in their career. You own the team backlog: You prioritize stakeholder requests, protect team capacity and communicate decisions transparently to the outside world. You drive the quality and further development of our data products - from KPI definitions and self-service dashboards to semantic layers and AI products.

You build lean processes for refinement, planning and Delivery and consistently keep overhead small You work closely with the Head of Data and technical peers, translate priorities into concrete team goals and represent the data team in coordination with marketing, sales and product Your strengths You have worked in the analytics or BI environment for several years and have already led a team or teams from a technical or disciplinary perspective You think in terms of stakeholder added value, not in tickets and know when a request needs to be prioritized, converted or rejected You pick up engineers and non-technical people alike, without any difference from both worlds You prioritize consistently and keep track when multiple projects impact you at the same time You communicate fluently in German and English (C1 or C2) Knowledge of modern data stacks (e.g. dbt, Redshift, Superset) and secure SQL are a plus - not a must Why come to us?
