Quality Assurance Rater - German (DE)

Join our team of senior raters and make an important contribution to the creation of high-quality validation data that significantly influences the further development and quality assurance of leading search engines and AI technologies. This flexible, remote role offers you the opportunity to use your analytical and research skills to evaluate search results and AI-generated content while contributing to the development of high-quality AI systems. Tasks In this position, you will analyze and evaluate search results and AI-generated answers.

With your ratings and feedback, you help continually improve the performance of AI models and the quality of search results. Your work will ensure high quality standards and the accuracy that our customers trust. You will work on various assessment tasks, analyze content with great care, conduct research to make informed decisions, and identify ambiguities in guidelines and possible inconsistencies in tasks.

Additionally, you will participate in training and calibration sessions and provide feedback to continually develop and improve assessment processes and policies.

Requirements

Your tasks Evaluate search results and AI-generated content in terms of quality, relevance, accuracy and usefulness. Conduct online research to verify information and make informed decisions on reviews. Consistent application of the assessment guidelines while maintaining high quality standards.

Document special cases, policy gaps, and task-related issues. Produce clear written justifications and feedback on assessments where required. Participate in training, calibration sessions and regular quality reviews.
