Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience leading and deploying Workday implementations, supporting Workday Post Production / AMS Services, or as a client of Workday. - Experience configuring Workday Payroll and Security as well as developing Custom Reports, Dashboards and Calculated Fields. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues in a remote working environment. - Some consulting skills e.g., presenting to business partners, creating documentation and technical guides, participating in workshops, explaining functionality or solutions to guide stakeholders, etc. - Experience implementing complex, practical business solutions under competing deadlines and priorities. - Demonstrated commitment and achievement to delivery excellence and client satisfaction; strong client focus with the ability to understand client needs and build relationships. - Ability to prioritize and organize work to ensure overall timeliness and quality standards with little supervision. Ability to effectively manage against timelines, deadlines, and goals. - Proven experience demonstrating initiative and curiosity to build skills in other areas both within and outside of Workday. - Ability to be effectively and actively engaged on multiple, parallel projects and deliverables. - Capable of working within remote teams and alongside clients, as well as on individual tasks with no supervision. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change. - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required. - Ability to meet travel
