We're looking for a Finance Analyst to join our team in London, reporting to the Financial Controller and working closely with the Management Accountant and the Accounts Receivable and Payable teams.Following a recent acquisition and continued growth across multiple legal entities, this role adds operational and reporting capacity to keep the function running smoothly. In this role you will own member payment processing and assigned reconciliations, support month end and recurring reporting, and flex across finance operations to keep processes accurate, efficient and scalable. Within a year you will run your reconciliations, payment runs and reporting independently, deliver process improvements, and be a dependable, multi-disciplinary member of the team.

Key Responsibilities

Process member payment runs accurately and on schedule, within established financial controlsOwn assigned bank, balance sheet and transactional reconciliations across all entitiesSupport month end activities and recurring reporting with growing independenceProvide reliable support to the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams during busy periodsInvestigate discrepancies and resolve them within established financial controlsIdentify and implement improvements to reporting, controls and finance processes, including automation that reduces manual effortBuild effective working relationships across the Finance team and wider stakeholders About YouMust have 2-3 years experience in a finance, accounting, finance analyst or assistant management accountant roleGood reconciliation skills across bank, balance sheet or transactional reconciliationsExperience processing financial transactions accurately within established financial controlsConfident working with financial data and comfortable using Excel to a good standardA strong eye for detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities at paceYou do your best work as part of a team and enjoy contributing to a collaborative environmentComfortable navigating a fast paced and ever changing environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA genuine desire to learn, grow, and lift others around youAAT qualified or studying towards ACA, ACCA or CIMAMonth end support or management accounts exposureMember or customer payment processing experienceExperience working across multi-entity environmentsBudgeting and forecasting exposureInterest in or experience with finance automationFamiliarity with Xero, Tableau or AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPTWhat You’ll GetPrivate Health Care (Bupa)Hybrid Working (3 days in office)Travel InsuranceCompetitive Base SalaryCompany Bonus SchemePaid for AI Subscription (Claude / ChatGPT / Gemini)Market-Leading Training ProgrammeRecognition & Reward SchemeAnnual Company Conference Regular Happy Hours & Team LunchesFree Coffee, Drinks & SnacksWhat’s the next step?Our hiring process ensures we're recruiting the right people for the role.
