We're looking for a Graduate Commercial InsightsAnalyst to join our team in London.This is where an analytics career starts. You'll learn how a high-growth business really runs ondata, working alongside experienced analysts on the numbers that shape commercial decisions.• Learn the full Quantum data stack, from Hightouch to BigQuery and GA4 through to Tableau• Be on the front line building out innovative Ai-led solutions using Claude, Gemini andChatGPT• Get hands-on with making meaningful recommendations using real business data from weekone• See your analysis drive real outcomes within the commercial, marketing, and product teams• Build the foundations to grow into a Commercial Insights Analyst
Key Responsibilities
• Use data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI and Looker with guidance from senioranalysts• Pull and clean data from BigQuery and GA4 to support recurring analysis• Use AI to drive faster and better analysis and to automate systems• Run first-pass analysis on customer acquisition, conversion, and retention metrics• Turn findings into clear, simple summaries for commercial, marketing, and product teams• Learn Quantum's analytics practices and data stack, building toward owning your own areasAbout you• A recent or upcoming degree in a maths or science based subject• A genuine interest in data and the commercial decisions it drives, with some hands-onexposure to Excel or SQL through study, a placement, or personal projects• AI native with demonstrable examples of how you’ve used AI as a student, on a workplacement or privately• Curious by nature, keen to understand why the numbers move the way they do• Strong written and verbal communication, able to articulate complex ideas and explainfindings in simple terms• Organised and reliable, able to manage your own tasks and hit deadlines• You thrive when working as part of a team• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment• Have excellent written and verbal English skills• Last but not least, you'll have no ego!What You’ll GetPrivate Health Care (Bupa)Hybrid Working (3 days in office)Travel InsuranceCompetitive Base SalaryCompany Bonus SchemePaid for AI Subscription (Claude / ChatGPT / Gemini)Market-Leading Training ProgrammeRecognition & Reward SchemeAnnual Company Conference Regular Happy Hours & Team LunchesFree Coffee, Drinks & SnacksWhat’s the next step?Our hiring process ensures we're recruiting the right people for the role.
