As Team Lead Global Talent Acquisition (m/f/d), you will shape our international recruiting strategy and, together with your team, build the talent acquisition of the future.

You currently manage seven employees (with further growth expected) and are part of our global people team. Working directly with the Chief People & Governance Officer, you combine strategic foresight with operational excellence. If necessary, you will get involved in the recruiting process yourself for key and management positions and ensure that we attract the right people for our ambitious goals.

Your tasks:Global talent acquisition strategy:You further develop our global recruiting strategy along the corporate and growth goals and translate the workforce planning into clear priorities and recruiting roadmaps.Leadership & development of the team:You lead and develop an international recruiting and employer branding team, strengthen cooperation, personal responsibility and excellence and also get involved operationally in important appointments.Recruiting Excellence:You optimize processes, establish global standards and KPIs and ensure scalable, data-based and efficient talent acquisition.Strategic Consulting & Executive Hiring: As a sparring partner, you advise executives and hiring managers on recruiting strategies and selection decisions. You will fill key and management positions independently from the direct approach to the conclusion of the contract.Active Sourcing & Candidate Experience:You identify and acquire top international talents via modern sourcing channels and at the same time ensure a professional, appreciative candidate journey.Employer Branding:Together with internal stakeholders, you will further develop our employer brand and implement initiatives that increase our visibility and inspire the right talents for Natuvion.
