Your daily doing: - You are the owner of our paid campaigns: You independently control paid search, paid social and other channels with a six-figure monthly budget, from campaign setup to daily optimization to measuring success using a multiple set of metrics - You think end-to-end: You understand not only media buying, but the entire funnel, including attribution & lagging metrics - You independently identify new channels and measures to support our growth - You automate what can be automated: With Claude Code and AI tools you build your own workflows, e.g. automatic reporting via ad network APIs - you develop and test new ad concepts for static images and video content that's how you convince ???? This is how you convince: - You have at least 5 years of experience in performance marketing, are an expert in at least 2 channels and have independently managed monthly budgets starting from 100k - You have strong analytical skills and work strongly driven by numbers, so that you transform data points into real insights - You think about marketing holistically and probabilistically: You develop hypotheses for experiments and validate them systematically based on data - You have a solid technical understanding of relevant tracking and Attribution topics - AI is a tool for you, not a buzzword: You build real workflows with Claude Code or comparable tools - You come from a startup or scaleup environment and are used to taking things into your own hands - German: C1+, English: Must Have - Nice to have: Look forward to experience with marketplaces and/or complex products with long sales cycles - You work on an equal footing with Christoph (Head of Growth), Mara (Visual & Video) and Eric (Content) Apply directly on RemoteJobs.org: https://remotejobs.org/remote-jobs/growth-marketing-specialist-mwd-instaffo
