Working Student: in Business Operations

We are digitizing the construction industry. Are you there?At VESTIGAS you will build the digital foundation of the construction supply chain: We turn orders, delivery notes and invoices into a digital, legally secure platform that is used in everyday life by construction companies and suppliers. You will work on a product with real market penetration in a huge DACH medium-sized market, deliver results iteratively and take ownership of solutions that have to work in practice and not just in concept.Your roleAs a working student in the area of business operations, you will help build the VESTIGAS operating system: the processes, data and formats with which we control the company - OKR process and all-hands, reporting and key figures, data quality in CRM and automation recurring processes.

We're still at the beginning of many of these topics: You don't work in ready-made structures, but rather lay the foundation. We're looking for someone who wants to tackle things themselves - who wants to understand how things really work today and turn them into processes and data that will still work even if the team is twice as large. You work closely with the person who is currently driving these topics forward: you support them, learn directly from them and take on your own topics over time.

And you get an honest look at how a fast-growing start-up works from the inside.Your tasksYou support the preparation, implementation and tracking of our recurring control and communication formats, especially the OKR process and our all-hands - from preparing the content to following up with those responsible.You compile data from different sources, prepare key figures and evaluations and keep an eye on the data quality in our CRM and other tools - including tidying up where necessary.You take a close look at existing processes, develop scalable solutions and implement them - from guidelines and tool conversions to the automation of recurring steps with AI tools and agents.You increasingly take on clearly defined topics independently and take them from the first idea to a clean, practical solution.Your profileYou are studying business administration, industrial engineering, finance or a comparable course of study with above-average performance and are at the end of your bachelor's or Already in your master's degree. You have initial relevant practical experience from internships - e.g. B. from consulting or a fast-growing start-up.You have drive: You think for yourself instead of waiting for instructions, you recognize what needs to be done next and move on with topics even when no one asks.You work reliably: you deliver what you promise - in the agreed quality and time.

And if something doesn't work out, you say it early instead of late. You work carefully and flag insecurities instead of smoothing them over. You can deal with unfinished topics without losing the overview.

You work routinely with Excel and PowerPoint: You quickly get from raw data to a statement that you can understand. You quickly find your way around new topics, tools and systems and understand connections without long explanations. You have a strong affinity for AI agents and tools, use them actively to develop topics yourself and understand their limitations.
