About the Role
:We are seeking a versatile and creative Communications Specialist to drive our company’s external and internal communication strategies. This dynamic role combines expertise in social media management with a focus on fostering employee engagement and transparent internal communications. You will play a pivotal role in managing our company’s online presence on platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram while building a strong internal culture through impactful communication initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
:Social Media Management: Develop and implement tailored strategies for LinkedIn and Instagram to enhance the company’s and key executives’ online presence. Create and manage detailed content calendars to ensure consistent and strategic posting across social media platforms. Collaborate with copywriters and designers to produce engaging content, including posts, articles, images, videos, and graphics.
Build thought leadership for key executives on LinkedIn, highlighting their expertise, achievements, and industry leadership. Enhance Instagram engagement through storytelling, showcasing company culture, milestones, and initiatives. Monitor social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices to keep strategies innovative and effective.
Track, analyze, and report social media performance, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns. Internal Communications: Develop and execute internal communication strategies to align employees with organizational goals and values. Create and manage content for internal channels, including newsletters, Slack, email, and team meetings.
Collaborate with leadership, HR, and department heads to communicate policies, updates, and initiatives effectively. Plan and execute employee engagement activities, such as events, recognition programs, and campaigns. Support change management efforts by delivering clear and supportive messaging during transitions or organizational changes.

Qualifications
:Experience:4+ years in social media management and/or internal communications roles. Education:Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field. Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Expertise in social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram. Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities. Proficiency in communication tools and social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, Slack).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements. Creative thinking to craft impactful communication and engagement strategies. English Proficiency.
Soft Skills: Collaborative and empathetic, with excellent interpersonal skills. Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
