Job Description We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Java Developer with solid experience in web application development and a strong orientation towards both Back and Front-End technologies. The selected person will be responsible for technically leading a development team, participating in the definition of solutions, guaranteeing the quality of deliverables and actively collaborating in the planning and execution of strategic initiatives. We are looking for a profile with the ability to combine architectural vision, technical excellence and leadership, contributing to the continuous evolution of the project's applications and processes.

You will be part of a modern technological environment based on microservices and container architectures, participating in the evolution and maintenance of scalable, resilient and cloud-oriented solutions. Responsibilities - Technically lead the assigned development team, monitoring tasks and ensuring compliance with established objectives. - Participate in the planning, prioritization and estimation of developments. - Define and validate the most appropriate technical solutions for each business need. - Coordinate and report the progress of developments to those responsible for the project. - Design, develop and maintain web applications with special focus on the user experience and the presentation layer. - Ensure the application of good development practices, quality standards and code reviews. - Drive the implementation of TDD (Test-Driven Development) and automated testing. - Promote the adoption of AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code or equivalent) in the team, defining good practices for use, prompting and review of the generated code. - Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives, technological modernization and optimization of development processes, including the incorporation of generative AI into the software life cycle. - Participate in the design and evolution of architectures based on microservices. - Collaborate in the definition of cloud solutions on AWS. - Guarantee the observability, maintainability and scalability of the developed services. - Participation in cloud-native projects on AWS. - Knowledge of principles of observability, monitoring and traceability of applications. - Experience collaborating with architecture, DevOps or infrastructure teams in cloud environments. - Knowledge of integration and communication patterns between microservices.

Essentials - More than 5 years of experience in software development. - Solid experience in Java and object-oriented programming. - Advanced knowledge of the Java ecosystem: Java 8 or higher, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security. - Experience in presentation technologies: JavaScript, JSF, JSP, React. - Experience in design and development of APIs and Web Services (REST/SOAP). - Experience in container environments: Docker, Kubernetes. - Mastery of development tools: Maven, Git, Jenkins. - Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor or others), integrated into the daily workflow (code generation, refactoring, testing, documentation). - Experience working with messaging and queuing systems. - Experience with JUnit, Liquibase, TDD (Test-Driven Development). - Experience developing applications based on microservices architectures. - Experience in developing REST APIs with Spring Boot. - Knowledge of the life cycle of containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes. - Experience leading or coordinating technical development teams. - Ability to mentor and develop technical talent of junior and semi-senior profiles, including training in the effective and responsible use of AI-based coding assistants. - Ability to delegate tasks and adapt the level of support based on the team's experience. - Ability to manage technical discrepancies and facilitate decision making within the team. - Orientation to the development of a culture of collaboration, continuous learning and quality. An advantage will be - Experience defining agentic workflows or development automations supported by AI models (coding agents, automatic review of PRs, test generation). - Knowledge of good prompt engineering practices applied to development environments. - AWS or Kubernetes certifications.
