In doing so, you’ll highlight our executive team and selected team members as authentic brand ambassadors and showcase the people, values, and beliefs behind nutri+.
Responsibilities - You’ll further develop our brand strategy, positioning, target audiences, and core messages - You ensure consistent and recognizable communication across all relevant channels - You develop relevant topics, stories, and communication opportunities for our brand - You build our PR and public relations efforts and coordinate collaboration with the media, partners, and external service providers - You will develop a personal branding strategy for our executive team and selected team members - You will support our brand ambassadors in identifying topics, positioning, and content planning - You will create strategic briefings and work closely with our marketing and design teams - You will monitor the market, target audiences, and competition, and identify relevant topics and opportunities for our brand - You will analyze the impact of our brand communication and continuously refine it - You will build long-term partnerships
Qualifications
- You have at least 3 years of experience in brand management, brand communication, PR, or a comparable role - You understand how brands are built, positioned, and developed over the long term - You have a strong intuition for target audiences, storytelling, and relevant communication topics - You can translate complex content into clear, understandable, and emotionally engaging messages - You work strategically and independently, while also bringing a strong hands-on approach - You can bring different stakeholders together and enjoy working closely with marketing, design, and management - You have very good German language skills and an excellent feel for language - You bring initiative, a sense of responsibility, and a passion for actively building a new division - You share our values and our philosophy - You are a resident of Germany
