We're a deeply technical team of engineers, AI researchers, and strategists with a high bar for talent and a shared belief that exceptional people are the foundation of everything great we'll build.The RoleWe're looking for a Founding Product Designer to join our team and shape the experiences our customers interact with every day.

You'll work across the full design process - from early research and ideation through to polished, shipping designs - collaborating closely with engineering, product management, and other stakeholders.What You'll DoOwn design for key product areas, taking ambiguous problems and turning them into clear, elegant solutionsConduct user research to understand needs, pain points, and how people actually use what we buildCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces to explore and validate ideasPartner directly with engineers to bring your work to life - and iterate based on what you learn once it shipsContribute to our design system and establish patterns that scale across the productWhat We’re Looking ForYou have 5+ years of experience designing digital products, with a portfolio that demonstrates end-to-end product thinking (not just visual polish)You're proficient with modern design tools (Figma or equivalent)You're comfortable with ambiguity and energized by open-ended problems where the right solution isn't obvious yetYou can advocate strongly for your ideas while remaining genuinely open to feedback and debateYou're curious about how people use the things you build--not just whether the designs look right, but whether they actually workYou have some familiarity with user research methods and front-end development constraints, even if those aren't your primary strengthsDon’t meet all of the above traits?
