Requirements
. Ability to structure backlogs using epics and features that align business needs with technical architecture. Ability to write clear, testable user stories using Gherkin acceptance criteria.

Experience using standard modelling conventions (e.g., UML, BPMN) for data, application, and business process domains. Ability to become familiar with complex business domains quickly. Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
