Tutor: Digital Project Management & AI - Working Student

Would you like to accompany career changers on their way to digital project management and the world of AI? As a tutor at the Digital Business Academy (DBA), you will support our participants in an intensive 7-month course in opening up new career opportunities. In our remote-first company, you will work flexibly from home and become part of a dynamic team that shares knowledge and creates real impact.

Responsibilities - Curriculum Development: Continually improving and updating our curriculum. - Tutoring: Regular tutorials to deepen the teaching content and clarify open questions. - Team responsibility: Collaborate with lecturers and colleagues to promote learning success and improve the course.

Qualifications

• Study status: Enrolled at a university for at least one additional year (essential). - Degree: At least completed vocational training or a completed bachelor's degree (indispensable). - Time commitment: Willing to work 15-20 hours per week as a tutor (essential). - Experience: Initial experience in project management, especially with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban and tools such as Jira, and willingness to deepen these. - AI affinity: You enjoy dealing independently with the latest AI tools and developments and actively contributing this knowledge to the tutorials. - Language skills: Fluent in German with excellent communication skills. - Social skills: Empathic and enjoy working with people. - Organizational skills: Bring strong organizational skills and structure to every project.
