Developer - Conversational AI Product (AI-First)

We are building an AI-first, conversational product. We are in an early stage (6 months) and we want to incorporate a developer with a product vision, who shares that technical decisions directly impact experience, scalability and business model. The Role We are looking for a Developer with an architectural vision and a product mentality.

We hope you can: Design solutions before implementing them Make technical decisions with judgment Evaluate trade-offs (speed vs quality, simplicity vs scalability) Actively participate in the evolution of the product You will have real influence on how it is construct.Responsibilities Design and develop core functionalities of the product Define architecture and technical standards together with the team Build robust and scalable conversational experiences (text / voice) Integrate LLMs, agents and AI-first flows with a focus on quality and performance Evaluate costs, latency and scalability in AI environments Participate in product decisions together with the PO Raise the technical level of the team with criteria and good practices Propose constant improvements in architecture, experience and processes Stack Backend: Python Frontend: Next.js Infrastructure: AWS Product: Web + Mobile + Conversational AI: LLMs, agents, flow orchestration We are not looking for someone who has “tried AI”. We are looking for someone who understands how to design systems around AI.
