.Significant experience of planning and conducting research that considers the diversity of users, keeping in mind access needs and the ethical nature of research.Extensive experience and proven track record of generating new and useful insights for a project team to leverage, ensuring where relevant that the insights influence decisions.Good analytic skills and knowledge of research methodologies. Responsibilities: Planning and designing research programmes that will inform inclusive, effective services.Independently running research projects from planning to sharing findings.Choosing the right qualitative and quantitative methods and generating clear insights.Translating insights into recommendations that support departmental goals.Working closely with product teams to build strong relationships and champion user-centred design.Testing broad concepts and detailed service elements to ensure research findings are clearly communicated and understood.
