Senior Software Engineer (Go)

Help build the cloud-native Go systems that power secure, reliable payments at scale 🚀 THE ROLE 📝 As a Senior Software Engineer at Form3, you’ll work on established, high-volume services that sit at the heart of Form3’s cloud-native payment platform. These are critical systems where reliability, resilience and operational excellence matter every single day. This is a role for engineers who enjoy evolving critical systems at scale.

You’ll be working on mature, high-volume services where thoughtful design, careful testing, operational discipline and reliability are just as important as delivering new capability. You’ll solve complex engineering challenges across services that support real-time payment flows, high availability, fault tolerance, security and performance within a microservice architecture. You’ll need to think carefully about how changes are designed, tested, released and operated, balancing delivery speed with the discipline required for mission-critical financial infrastructure.

You’ll work closely with experienced engineers, product teams and operational stakeholders to improve, evolve and run services that customers depend on. This could include enhancing existing payment capabilities, improving service resilience, simplifying complex systems, reducing operational risk, or building new functionality into mature services without compromising stability.
